About 2 years ago I have the UPS, I have connected a PC: Intel i7 8700k, with a liquid heatsink, msi 1060 6 GB, 2 ram memories, a 650w source; I also have a 27 'monitor, an external sound board, a microphone. Everything was going well for me, the problem started a few months ago when the power goes out, everything goes out directly. When I have the PC turned off and try the UPS, the issue is when I have the PC on. I don't know if I have run out of UPS battery or it was too small. Could you tell me what it is?

Hi The batteries last with about 18 to 24 months. After that, the degradation process is fast and inevitable. Just because it is 2 years old, you should replace the battery as the first thing. And I would bet, it's a solution to your problem. Greetings from Uruguay
