I have 2 exactly the same APC ES 750 Back-ups, but one always puts me on battery backup for 1 minute, so it only lasts that or less with a new betaria. I put this same battery in the other one and it supports me for 10 or 15 minutes. I have been told that it may be the firmware but I cannot find firmware for this back-ups. Please wait for answers to see if I can solve this or if I have to buy a new one, which I am avoiding for now. Greetings to all.

Thanks friend for your contribution but on that page that I reviewed again because I had reviewed it before, I only find the backup software, I updated it and it does not solve the problem, I really believe that what I need is the firmware and it does not appear there, or at least I can't find it there. I've already searched Google and nothing, if you could tell me where I can download the firmware or another solution. Or any other friend here who can help me please. Once again thanks for your help.
