UPS B-SMART 706 does not last 1 minute

Hi, they brought me a B-SMART 706 UPS that had the battery discharged. I put a new 7.2 A 12v, which is what I used and left the equipment connected, on and without charge for 2 days. But when I disconnect it from the current, the output voltage is 84v and does not hold even 1 minute. It doesn't work that way. The battery does not drop the voltage it delivers. I don't see any manual regulator to handle the output voltage or the time before disconnecting. I don't have the electrical diagram or know where to start. Any recommendation?

The generation signal must be measured since that signal is a modified sine wave when working with the battery, this way you measure the output voltage since the multimeters are not designed to measure a modified sine wave but a completely sine wave so With a multimeter that measurement is not reliable when the equipment works with the battery. But as Salvador says you should also see the switching of the mosfet and see what happens when a load is placed and empty. Take the tests and comment. Greetings.

I solved the transistors and capacitors, because with the magnifying glass, I saw those welds that were already unreliable. No problems so far. I put the UPS in operation and so far no one has shouted.
