Hi. First of all I apologize if it is not the right place for this query. The thing is, I have new speakers with USB connection for power and the other universal card used by the headphones. The problem is that when giving volume, noise is heard as mass or static, or I move the mouse and it is heard in the speakers for example. The solution I found is to connect them to 220v with a cell phone charger but I want to know if there is any way to fix it permanently

Hi Rafaelkaty, as I mentioned above when using the USB charger connected to the wall outlet is solved. I already tried changing the plug and saw that only two wires arrive, the left and right channel but not the ground one

Corrijo, the ground and the 5v go to USB. Only the channels reach the plug

In the end, both the plug and the USB are grounded in the speaker plate
