Hi how are you, try doing this.
First, before touching the motherboar, touch the cabinet sometimes, the metal, thus preventing static.
Remove the battery for a few seconds, then leave it again as it was.
Then before loading Windows, I went to the BIOS and selected the option to
LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS.
This causes the factory BIOS settings to load.
To enter the bios you have to press the Delete key when you turn on the PC, in some BIOS F1 or F2 is pressed, but even if you choose to delete, the same BIOS will tell you if you have to press another key.
While on the BIOS screen, look for and select the LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS option.

Save the echo change in the BIOS and restart the PC.
I suggest you change the battery for a new one.

If it didn't work, and the motherboar emits pititos sounds, mention it, since those sounds are error codes, and each sequence means one thing.
Regards, David
