Hi, how are you, if you are referring to PCI express, if you can. See image, (USB 3.0).

Now it refers to 32-bit PCI, you can also do what you ask. See image, (PCI 32 bits).

Greetings, if they no longer work for you and you want to have no inconvenience, it is better to do so and you can add others for a PCI card. If the PC is not yours place a sticker that those ports do not work or place USB dust plugs, so that they are not trying to place a peripheral.
