The motherboard will turn on with the source, the processor and the ram memory will give you the image now if you want it to make the full load of an operating system download the live cd, if you want to prove that it turns on it only carries the clear source you will have to have a monitor to see the video output.
Well then I have 50% solved ... not to bridge it I put the cable with the ignition pin and together the tips .... now the question is ... data image? Will the PC start? ... or will it be like it said above that I would need a live Windows cd for me to start? ... knowing that I can go quietly to try the mother .... or just see some error would the screen be more than enough? The ignition pins must be joined for a moment, either by bridging them or with the button.
If you have everything you need, the first image called POST (Power On Self Test) does not need a disc or DVD or anything. Give information about what the computer has.
You only need the mother, the micro, memory a source and a monitor. If you want to enter the BIOS you need a keyboard. Nothing more.
Already to make a test that works properly you can take a pendrive with linux installed, The hirens brings a minilinux and a mini Windows to try.
