Hello, as you said before, disable the onborad board from the setup, check that it is well configured in windows advanced properties of the board, could also be that the network cable present some kind of inconvenience, either the same cable or the tokens rj. With the theme of the drivers, realtek sometimes happens that although they are downloaded from the official page, they present some type of incompatibility according to the version of windows that we have.
