Core 2 duo laptop fujitsu processor heats up with ram memories

Greetings to all the companions of this forum. First of all, I appreciate your time and attention to my case. A fujitsu a6110 laptop arrived at the workshop with the fault that when the charger was connected, it emitted a beep and the charger's power light went out. When I disarmed the laptop, it had a fake Charger pin contact, a fet and a short capacitor. It was removed and a check was made on the plate to detect other shorts before replacing them. The shutdown of the charger and the beep were solved. The thermal paste was changed to both the cpu and the gpu and the battery of bios, since this equipment is already about 8 years old.It proceeded to turn it on, only the motherboard with the charger, without peripherals. Only ram cpu and gpu memory. However, in this process the fan turned without noise, after 2 seconds it turned off and the processor starts to heat up. Later I connected the rest of the board and saw that the power LED is always on and the motherboard emits two beeps. I removed the ram memories and proceeded to turn on the card. In this case, the fan rotates harder without stopping and the scroll lock LED starts to flash. Which indicates that the card detects that there are no connected memories. I tried with other memories that I have and that I know they work, since I tried them on another old computer that I have here and there were no changes. I tried 2 memories, I changed slots. I tried only one slot, etc. And the problem remains the same. I measured voltages and with both memories or without memories it gives me the same values: 1.8v of the ram, 1.05 of the processor, 5.0v, 9 volts for charging the battery, 3.3v and 2.7v on the power button (standby voltage) .If I don't connect the ram, The CPU does not heat up. It only does it when the memories are. Since the gpu and cpu share the heatsink, I can tell that the gpu is cold. The heat feels right where the processor is. In the lower part of the plate just below the micro the heat is not felt. Only above. I am fearing the problem is the processor. This equipment occupies an Intel core 2 duo t7250 micro in an mPGA479M socket. The motherboard gives me all the voltages, so I discard the card. I hope you can give me some advice on what else I can check this equipment and find a solution. in advance thank you very much for your help

If you have another compatible processor try it on that board.

I tried to get it but there isn't. The option I have is to buy it, I have seen it at 75 USD. But I would like to see other possible solutions before I risk buying it. Thanks for helping

No, too expensive for what it is.

A query. Did you try another charger? That could be the problem. Maybe the voltage values are within what is allowed but it could be failing and generating micro cuts in the power supply which would increase the current intermittently and that is why it generates more heat than normal. Maybe that's why the Charging Jack also melted. Another possible problem is that some circuit is consuming more current than normal and that also generates more temperature and incongruous errors. Although it did not rule out problems in the processor.

Greetings. In fact the charger is the original. I also thought it could be some circuit on the motherboard. Although I did the test to the touch and no component gets hot, except the processor.
I'm going to do the test with another charger to get out of doubt and comment on the results
Thanks for your comment

I tested it with another similar charger in terms of voltage and current than the original and the result was the same.
Thanks for the input ????

The laptop came back to life.
I comment. I went back to check the memories in another team, one by one and I saw that sometimes I would not let the equipment start and sometimes I would.
I tried then with two different memories that I have from a previous team. The two memories are of the same brand, model and capacity.
The result was the same. It didn't turn on.
But I saw that the USB port did not have 5 volts. But the mother's source did give me 5 volts.
I put the equipment together and it worked.
My theory is that, apart from the fact that one of the memories was already bad and worked randomly, the team had to be armed
