good morning friends I have a portable 4gb ram memory hp. and on my computer's properties I get 4.75 usable and it was a bit slow. That thanks. Is that notebook need more ram or what? Thank you very much everyone.

Hello, the minimum recommended is 4 gigabytes for a common user and 8 gigabytes maximum. If your system is slow, you might have a traditional HDD. I recommend you change it to an SSD.

Thanks for answering. Friend, I want to explain how I have changed ram to 8gb and I get 7.75gb usable. When I was 4gb I get 3.75gb usable. Normally when switching to 8gb the same 3.75gb has to come out. You can explain that to me thanks
