YOUR PROBLEM IS A VIDEO PROCESSOR; Locate it clean it perfectly and with isopropyl alcohol, give it a good 90 sec reflow and apply armalo silicone paste and turn it on only the mother with ram and processor until it turns on. But give it your time.
