Greetings to all colleagues in this community! I have a DELL Inspiron 15-3573 Laptop and it doesn't recognize WiFi. - Someone could locate the controller, that is not in the official site of DELL, because apparently it is blocked for my country.

Hello Angel. What I would do is try the driverscloud page from an internet pc that downloads you an offline ".exe" file to install by pendrive on your DELL, after installing you run the analysis that will result in another configuration file which you go back to pendrive to a machine with internet and drag it to the offline detection box of the driverscloud page. After uploading the file you go to the "My drivers" tab and there you have the download list for your DELL. But what you have left is to identify the brand and model of your Wi-Fi controller. This can be done by software with the Everest program, or if you physically open the machine and read the label of the adapter that is something like this:



Hi Angel, I was really looking for it and it is a fairly new computer, so the Wi-Fi adapter is probably too. although I would not change my windows 7 for a driver. You could see the properties and version of the installer and get a version for the system you have.

Hello again! Problem solved. I installed a higher version of windows, and with the standard drivers the Wi-Fi already worked. Then, through Driverscloud, I downloaded the drivers and voila!
