Hi, I have a laptop, I get the blue screen, I already wanted to format it and when I install it, I put that screen, I already changed the hard drive and it does the same also I changed windows and nothing that could be thanks for your help and greetings

Check the ram memory, clean them with crumb eraser, first check 1 memory slot, then try the other one. Clean the motherboard, and finally, if you are trying to install with a DVD, check that it is not scratched or that the DVD reader works correctly. To rule out reader error if you don't have another, try installing from a USB. Regards.
