I have a laptop vit p2400 that is not heard by the built-in speakers but when you put headphones. The built-in speakers never work but in realtek software they appear active and all as if they were being heard. When you put the plug of the headphones it detects and deactivates the speakers built into the software. Already check the speakers and they are good, you have no driver problems. If anyone has any ideas I will thank him.

I already installed Windows 7 and Windows 10 several times. Download the Windows 7 drivers from the official website. Even with an audio tester that comes in the gparted and nothing. It is only heard by headphones or by bluetooth. I think the problem is in the integrated speakers, which I also tested separately. I tried and there is continuity between the speaker connector on the board and the integrated legs. That's why I think the pill is goat. Thanks for your help but I don't have to replace it.



Friend the realtek chip is very similar
If you have a 272 or 262, it works only if it is not a very advanced one that is in the range of 700 and 600
Now if you want to discard if it is the linux test chip I recommend mint on 8 and you will leave doubts but without a doubt it is the chip or a component next to the diagram below the pc to see that you can find greetings and luck
