Is the cable connected from an Ethernet output of the modem to the WAN port of the tp-link router? Do you have a different IP address than the router? Try changing the IP of the Tp-Link router to a segment other than the modem, for example 192.168.10.x

if you connect from the ethernet output of the modem to the wan port of the router and the output port of the router connect the pc, I had changed the ip of the router but only changing the last digit I will try to change it as you tell me





Well it seems that already solves it you have to configure the modem to activate the router and the dhcp, then change the ip of the router being the ip of the modem 192.168.1.1, then put the router 192.168.1.2 and change it from dynamic ip to static, and ending with deactivating the dhcp to be generated by the modem


