Tengo instalado win98 y tratando de instalar D-lin web cam, he seguido las instrucciones iniciales pero cuando conecto la camara a la pc me salen las siguientes ventanas: Se ha encontrado hardware nuevo D-link CIF webcam Windows esta instalando el software del nuevo hardaware. Luego me sale la siguiente ventana Se ha encontrado hardware nuevo No se encontro el archivo "iyuv_32.dll en Cd WIN98SE Inserte cd de win98Se en launidad seleccionada y haga click en aceptar. Copiar archivos de: c:\windows\options\install Inserto el cd win pero nuevamente me sale la ventana anterior. persionando detalles me sale: Detalles del error Ocurrio el siguiente error"No se encuentra el archivo"(error#2) El programa de instalacion no se puede terminar abriendo un archivo en el disco de origen. Archivo origen C:\windows\options\install\iyuv_32.dll Archivo destino C:\windows|system\|iyuv_32.dll=driver11.CAB ACEPTAR Cuando quiero salir no puedo ya que me sale constantemente la segunda ventana por lo que tengo que reiniciar la pc. Mi otra pregunta como se exactamente que el cd de win98(copia) es realmente de win98SE. Agradecezco sus ayuda

Podrias poner el archivo manualmente en la ubicacion adecuada aqui te envio la informacion. archivo: iyuv_32.dll version: V2.00.00.00 Fabricane: Indeo video YUV lib. Debe ir en : windows\system Ubicacion en cd Win98: driver12.cab LA EXPLICACION COMO HACERLO ESTA EN INGLES ESPERO NO SEA PROBLEMA PARA TI. ---------------------------------------------------- To extract files in Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition, use the System File Checker tool. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. Type sfc, and then press ENTER. 3. Click Extract one file from installation disk. 4. In the Specify the system file you would like to restore box, type ejmplo C:\windows\System\iyuv_32.dll (where drive is the drive where the Windows folder is installed, generally drive C, path is the destination of the file that you are extracting, and file is the file that you want to extract). 5. Click Start, click Browse next to the Restore from box, and then locate the Windows installation files. By default, in the OEM version of Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition the installation files are on the hard disk in the C:\Cabs folder. With a retail full version or upgrade version, you can also insert the Windows installation CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive, and then locate the Windows installation files. The folder is named "Win9x". For example, if your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive is D:, the folder is named "D:\Win9x". For Windows 98, the folder is named D:\Win98. 6. Click OK, and then follow the instructions on the screen. --------------------------------------------------------------- Otra forma mas es extraerlo tambien manual utilizando el programa WINRAR que puede extraer contenidos de archivos CAB y despues lo copias hacia c:\windows\system
