A greeting for everyone in the community and in advance thanks for the possible solutions.
I have a "HP COMPAQ C700" LCD screen, the problem is this: the laptop received two fall and mysteriously the flex is damaged, I left the screen white and since I had another full screen (a screen with housing, flex and inverter, fully armed, just install and already) of the same HP and same model (C700) remove the flex and replace it by the other. If you ask why not replace the full screen instead of changing the flex only as I did; is because the other screen has the defect of a vertical line to a quarter of a screen, for that defect and reason only replace the flex. When I replaced the flex and put it to the other screen it came to life, it worked again but only for a few minutes and the screen went black, what I did was that from the other screen I took the "inverter" thinking that this was the problem and I know I placed this one (the one that had fallen) but it remained the same. What I thought was that the graphics chip was desoldered and I did the typical test when it happens: connect it to an external monitor via VGA or HDMI and voila! The image on the external monitor looked perfect. So discard that the problem was the graphics chip. The next test was to use the screen that had spare, thinking that this other had burned the lamp and using another flex and a new inverter I did the test but nothing. I decided to compare a lamp and an inverter but when I tried the lamp did not work the same as the new inverter, the screen was still black, better without backlighting as the image was visible through this (the screen) but opaque, without lighting. So buy a full screen, with flex, inverter and housing and the same ... The screen never turned on. I went and got an identical laptop in make and model and for my misfortune and surprise everything worked; the inverters, the flexs, the two screens and the lamp that you buy. I have read that it is a problem in the plate, a fuse, this information I have taken from here but it is about laptops with LED screens and not "LCD" I would appreciate help from someone knowledgeable about the subject and in electronics mainly or anyone Can you help me, please?
PS: Sorry for how extensive I was but I did it to be clear on everything I did and I did to rule out the problem that it was 1-: "GPU", 2 - "flex", 3 -. 4.- Lamp and for the 5th and last "screen" since these are not those mentioned, the problems to the "black screen", because I have seen in forums that people trying to help repeat the same as a solution even so when you said that the problem is not flex, inverts nor screen etc., because all this you have tried and therefore discarded. I attached the pictures of the plate to those who can help and know something of the scheme of it. Thank you very much. [Img]
