Necesito la solución, tengo una portátil del latitude, de repente se bloquea la computadora, asi sin mas estoy trabajando y de repente asi de la nada en menos de un segundo, el cursor se bloquea y el disco duro se apaga, esto pasa con Windows 8 y 10, que son los que he probado, el problema se origina de la siguiente manera, yo estaba trabajando bien con 8.1, (maquina originaria de win 7 profesional) y de pronto se me ocurrio la idea de actualizar a Windows 10, el cual no me agrado y tenia cierta incompatibilidad, entonces hice el downgrade limpio con Windows 8.1, instale los controladores de la pagina de dell, y funciona bien, a los pocos reinicios empieza el problema, yo creo que Windows 8.1 instalo algún controlador incompatible y eso me origina el problema, a la primera formateada después de instalar cada controlador con el orden adecuado, al instalar el rapid storage de Intel, siento que la maquina demora mas, y allí es donde percibo que pasa ese detalle, ya intercambie ram (NUEVAS) e incluso le hice el test de alineamiento correcto en los slots con el Eurosoft PC Check, y los paso todos los de la ram, en la tarjeta madre no marco ningún error, pero en el procesador en los 4 nucleos marco error en el soporte de plataforma de 64 bits, no tengo alcance de probar con otro disco duro, por el momento. Alguna sugerencia?

Hola, prueba a hacer esto: 1- Oprime las teclas “Windows” y “R” 2- Aparecerá la ventana de “Ejecutar” 3- Ingresa en el campo “msconfig”, y da clic en “Aceptar” 4- Aparecerá una ventana de configuración del sistema 5- Da clic en la pestaña de “Arranque” 6- Da clic en “OIpciones Avanzadas” 7- Activa el checkbox de “Número de procesadores” 8- Selecciona el número de procesadores que desees activar 9- Da clic en “Aceptar”, y en la última ventana “Aplicar”, y reinicia tu equipo. Cuentanos si da cierto, saludos

Hola, por el log file está bastante comprometido..... Ve aqui: http://www.hijackthis.de/ en el pie de la pagina pega el log y dale al boton analize.... En el resultado verás un monton de entradas, aquellas con cruz roja las buecas y eliminas con el editor de registro, todas ellas.. te adjunto 1 imagen para que veas... Hay bastantes... Una vez terminado le pasas un ccleaner y reinicias con un scan del anti virus que uses.. Comentanos que dió Suerte

Pues mira, conforme el relatorio que enviaste existen un montpon de entradas de registros contaminadas con diferentes tipos de virus etc.. Si como dices has formateado a limpio y continuan los mismos problemas, cabe la posibilidad que tu copia del disco de instalación esté con problemas, verifica el origen del mismo y si puedes hazte con otra copia ( de otra fuente 0 e intentalo de nuevo a ver si resulta

Incluso quemando otra vez la imagen hace lo mismo, de hecho se congela cuando entra a hibernación y la despierto. pasa un rato y se congela, si la apago y la enciendo también pero si la reinicio, mientras no se suspenda ni se hiberne funcionara bien.

Comentanos que dió Suerte[/quote] No entendí mucho el proceso amigo, asimismo ya le he hecho la reinstalación limpia 3 veces de Windows 8.1 con todos sus controladores y hace lo mismo.
