Hello, I have used the generic modules for samsung several times and they have the problem that they put the black screen when playing WhatsApp audios and you have to wait until the audio finishes to be able to turn on the screen. Messenger audios directly do not play. Does anyone know of any solution for this?

Hi, what do you mean with the generic modules? Normally when it turns black the screen is because you do not put the screen high up next to the headset or you do not put the rubber to the sensor and that is why the screen turns off when you play an audio or make a call

The problem is that you leave it if the sensor rubber from the top to the top of the module, so the screen goes black .... always make sure you put the rubber band covering the sensor and that there is no dirt left in the glue previous or new covering it to the sensor

Well, I found the solution. The module has a very small latelal game of less than 1 millimeter. Shifting the module to one side works well and to the other has that problem. In no case the proximity sensor is covered but it is seen that it is very sensitive to these small changes of module position. If someone else serves, you know.
