hello I have a samsung s3 neo and one day I shut up to the floor lo lenvanto.td bn to the half hour I'm taken as if it ran out of battery I plugged it into the charger and it appears 76% battery and after 5 min it turns off back and has 0% battery change the battery and same thing always does if you can help me thanks

It has to do a change of battery if the problem persists is better to review it may have a short but I do not think it is safer than the battery
