is the main memory if you mean hardware. is located next to the processor .. eeprom is the information on said chip that can be erasable or programmable .. in case your cell has an error in eeprom then you need to solve with software or repair security with any backup that has been saved same cel or clone it from another ..

Thanks for your answer, is that it did not turn on and read information that the EPROM has to be heated but I can not distinguish which is or how to recognize
