Hi, I think photos of the ends would help, to see the socket with the camera (screw-bayonet), and how is the lens (if it has one). It can be an adapter for macro or for some other function. I googlió the numbers that appear but nothing, and the letters have a lot of art and at least I don't discern what they say. In addition to what can be helped here in I repair, I would take it to a photographic house to guide you, it occurs to me that having it in hand and being a person with experience in the field can guide you well.
