Good Morning! I want to make a strobe light with an LED lamp, what I thought was a circuit with a relay to generate the desired effect by interrupting the power supply to the LEDs. In other words, the source was always powered and only interrupt the power of the LEDs. I would also like to be able to regulate how often they turn off and on. Could you help me with any ideas to achieve this? Thank you
