Hello, with the datasheet you can verify the power of that integrated. pins 7 and 21 12v. and pins 5 and 23 stambay and mute respectively. (5v both), if these voltages are not present, it does not sound.
you can test on pins 12, 13, 15 and 16 with a trace signal the presence of the sound. (signal trace: low watt amplifier, for signal tracking)

Amigp tests entering the radio service mode and checks the erc dc values and resets that part and checks the voltage values that are coming on pins 2 and 26 that are for system error and blocks the audio without appearing wrong on the aquipo screen Adan friend I upload an image of the values of ic jvc8034 the original output check if you have the same values to be able to guide you to solve the fault take note you have other values in the image you can see that it is a model similar to yours since I did not get the service manual of this model to upload JVC8034.jpg [263.85kb]

I have checked the values and have the following:
Pins 2-5-23 and 26 = 3.2V
Pins 7 and 21 = 11.6V
Pins 1-3-14-19-25 and 27 = 0V
These coincide with the values that you indicate in the image. The others I have in "0" V, reviewing missing values of 7.1 V and 6.9 in the remaining pins. I appreciate the support

Well I am seeing in the plane that JC rose - that the values are correct. you must promb if sound arrives and if it amplifies. I explain; If you carefully touch the IC and it produces noise it is amplifying, you have to look for the sound.
