problem with stereo epxpro does not read videos with music

hello everyone I apologize for the inconvenience I hope you can help my problem is that I have this stereo brand epxpro m-dvd-4 with 4-inch screen in which avajo says the video formats it supports but it has already been tested with various formats and not me anduvo only reproduces the audio what I wanted to know if there comes any special software for this type of stereo from now to all many thanks ....
