I already made the measurement of the speakers and if they are in. 6 ohms, I did a reset and it continues the same, I am in the part of the integrated audio output, which is the CI TAS 5342 A and I would like to know if I can disconnect any resistance that feeds this integrated to test, if this is the fault and I am not going to be another element and can correct without damaging the integrated, or please tell me what I can do to correct this fault.

I made the measurements at the output of the speakers and did not have the 2 k ohms that I should mark, one output had infinity and the other had 7 M ohms, remove the integrated, TAS 5342 A and the protection was removed, I think the fault It was located, I will change this integrated and check if there is no other damaged device.
