Hi, I have to repair a Philiphs FW 750 Mini-Component that has no power audio output, until the preamp arrives well as I probe with another amplifier and audio comes out just as if I connect to the headphone output. Now, checking the circuit, I found the BD 238 Transistor in short on the source board, but also the diode that feeds the base of the circuit was also short and when I took it out to see its name I can't read it, the only thing that is an epitaxial transparent glass encapsulated DO-35, of course the protection fuse was also open, so I ask if anyone has the circuit or if they can tell me what type of diode it is.
