hello very much and good day friends of the forum I turn to you because I have a doubt with this team is the samsung max - c550 the board as I see it is also brought by the max -570, the team arrived because I did not turn it on, I uncovered it and the same thing about I cleaned every component routine, I am very neat in that, after that I started to check, the first thing I notice is that the fuses rfs4 and rfs3 were open, so I decide to look at which component feed these fuses, first I find with pbd1 which is a rectifying bridge which is ok, after that with the filtering capacitors of the audio ic I doubt that they are in bad condition, therefore and logically take out the audio ic aic1 stk403-040, uncover the encapsulation of the same and if one of the internal integrated wires of the IC was effectively melted for which reason and for obvious reasons the ic is the culprit that the fuses are broken and therefore put some bridges in the fuses since no I have new fuses, and I turned on the equipment, the rectifier bridge did not cut me, it gives its normal voltages, the fuses did not blow, so I know that the problem of the short is already solved with the change of the ic, the problem is this: At first, the computer gave a display, but after 10 seconds of being on, it turned off and did not display again, therefore touch up the flex sockets that go to the front, both the forntal and the board also touch up welds of the ic of the front uic1 ah11-00177a and also change the glass ux01 also verifiable the flex is ok, and on the board check the regulators pic 1 and pic 2 7812 and 7809 are ok the doubt is this equipment needs the audio ic to turn on ???? or turn on without the audio ic this is the question I have I hope you collaborate and I already thank you for the help provided.

as a solution I can say that the ic of the front, but also the output is bad and also had to put a USB module sd bluetooth and aux in, the arrangement would be worth more than the equipment is worth in this case is not justified, my recommendation, Check the pin voltages 1,2 and 3 and if the voltages are coming to the ic and the display on the button and there should be 4 to 5 volts if everything is ok is the ic but it is not only possible to get it in google it would only be to buy the full front

Now I give other measures but these are different because in the previous ones and measured with the multimeter with the tips directly on the pins, in this case I am measuring with the black tip of the multimeter in the heatsink and with the red one I am measuring at each point, it gives me very different measures, and also in dc not in ac pin 1 -27.4 pin 2 - 33.2 ´pin 3 - 27.4 v what I did was follow those lines to the main board and they took me to a group of resistors and diodes pzd3, pzd1, pzd2, pr1, pr2, and I feel hot in that area therefore I will measure these diodes and comment that it happens

Well folks, I am seriously suspecting in the ic ah11-00177a, and measured all the voltages are ok, change the oscillation crystal and nothing at all the display filaments have enough voltage to truncate and the other thing that is very very very rare is that pins 1, 2, 41.45 have 27, 6 volts which I understand is normal because they have the function to feed the display, but what still does not convince me and makes me think that the issue is of the ic is that the rest of the pins have -33 v dc which is very rare and I think that only happens when the ic is short I am seriously thinking of leaving that team so it is not worth it
