friend the transistor D1047 is an NPN its maximum voltage is 140v and its amperage is 12A and its power is 100w instead it goes the 2sc5200 transient that its voltage is 230v and the amperage is 15A and its power is 150w the B817 meets the same characteristics and instead goes on 2sa 1943 and with respect to the C3229 is 300v and the C2026 is 30v they are not the same I hope my comment helps you
