On pin 5 of the transformer it has an internal fuse.
You measure if you have continuity between pin 4 and 5 of the transformer.

The transformer is fine.
Check the voltage selector marked 1202.
Are you measuring in AC voltage?
What AC voltage do you have at the line input.

Voltage selector ok. If alternating current. I have 220v. I tell you that at the entrance of the coil the 220v arrive, but at the exit if I measure between 6 and 7 I have nothing ... that's why I assumed the thing about the traffic ... Query you said that the traffic is ok but if between 4 and 5 I measure without continuity that does not mean that this internal fuse is cut? thanks

If you have continuity between pins 1 and 5, 2 and 5, 3 and 5 the transformer is fine and you should have AC voltages in the secondary.
The voltage of 220 must be measured between pins 1 and 5
The selector must be in the 220v option.
Check the secondary fuses

With a 3 amp fuse, make a bridge from pin 5 to 4 and test if the transformer is working with this.

I tell you between pin 1,2,3 and 5 there is continuity, between 4 and 5 no. between 1 and 2 there are 3.3 ohm, between 1 and 3 there are 27.6 ohm and between 1 and 5 there are 41.5 ohm. Between 6 and 7 there are between 8 9 10 and 11 there are cont and between 12 and 13 too. Between 6 and 7 there are 2.1 ohms between 8 and 9 4.5 ohms between 8 and 10 7.5 ohms and between 8 and 11 18.8. And finally between 12 and 13 2.7 ohms. That's all the values to see if you see something weird ... Thanks a lot
