Yamaha RX596 shunt does not turn on

Hello colleagues: This sintoamplifier worked perfectly, from time to time it did not turn on.lab fault was increased and now it does it more often. Although it is not my specialty I have made some measurements The power of ignition SW 517 has 4.5 volts and is connected to hub with pin 61 of the micro when pressing but nothing acts, nor any relay. Checking according to the manual attached. I believe that to close relay Q 140 of the PCB you must receive a pulse at its base that must come of the micro IC 501 pin 36 passes through the card (which was revised) and reaches the base of Q140. At this moment nothing arrives is not working. I have also checked the VDD and power Q501 and Q502 reset regulators perfectly receive 12 volts and their output has the 5 volts that go to the micro.pine 24 25 and 27. The flex is discarded, it was revised These regulators are located on the reverse front plate. I have read that in this series of RX 450 RX500 Rx590 sintoamplifiers etc. the problem is caused by a condenser of .022 650 volts, but I do not think this is the case since I have not been able to find it. I will appreciate all the information that a colleague who might have a similar problem, or that makes the case, can send me. Best regards Julio Gramont

Hi.
Well, colleague, I really appreciate your attention. I think the fault appeared. Given my doubts, I blew the source plate as it did not deliver the voltage of 220 to the entrance of the traffic. Not with tapping as I had done but pressing hard there it appeared that it was turning on and off ... Cleaning and Solving everything including the fuse So far it works correctly and now the pulse train arrives correctly at the base of Q140.
If it fails again, I'll bother you again. I think there was the problem, but?
Greetings
.

Friend, what is the voltage on pin 24 (Prot) of IC501 (micro)?

Hi. Pin 24 (prot) has 1.80 volts (it will be protected) activating the Q140 base activates the relay and the voltages appear in the secondary of 12 and 40 volts, the display does not turn on and is cut in 5 seconds.
It should be noted that I was unable to attach the service manual that I have, it does not allow me.
Thank you for your response, what do you think as I follow.
regards
