Hi, I found the Upc1237 burned, I know because it has a bad smell and is black in 3 pins. .. can any bridge be made? also following the clues I realized that if I canggle pin 5 with 6, the relays are activated ... it is basically the same as before ... the right channel still does nothing ...
I followed the tracks to the power amp board connector ... the R channel pins and it gives me 0 V and on the L channel pins it gives me 42 V ... the error comes from the power amp borad I guess ... now I will switch to that plate and I'll see what happens ... I get suggestions ...
Relays are activated because the grounding, inside the integrated one there is a transistor as saturation when it gives any error activates that transistor and sends to earth the voltage by which the relay coil is energized, discards if the output R is in the amplifier or in components. Cut the track and test if there is voltage, if there is no obvious it is necessary to change the amplifier. Greetings.
I have looked for info on stk4221 II and I can't find what pins I have to measure to know if it gives current or not ... I also found 2 Capacitors a little inflated 47u ... the truth is that I keep track but I get lost ... and I measure the pin and the other one grounded? I also read that if both channels sound with headphones then they were not the stk, is that so? ... because I do have both channels with headphones ...
finally it was solved, what I had to change were 3 capacitors of the power board, the right stk and the Upc1237ha, all good, works as factory, the relay works well, the volume is fine, all the features very well, the best is I spend very little and the satisfaction of having fixed it myself (with your help obviously.) thank you very much !!!

Maybe it can work if you make a bridge to that pin, if it works and amplifies it would be obviously repaired, but get a new one in case it fails over time, it also changes the capacitors that you see inflated, and will always give you audio at the input of hearing aids as this is handled by the preamp, since if you supply it with the amplifier, both hearing aids and amplifier would be burned, greetings
