Good day I would like to know if someone can help me with the reset to this mini component LG om5540 since it does not let me connect the Bluetooth and has no audio Thanks for your help

Would I have to replace the EEPROM to not reset?
The problem is that I don't have control of the Mini Component to do it :(

I got Control of the Mini Component and If I Could Do It.
Now you can pair Bluetooth
But I don't have Audio
