I have this Philips Fwm 998 device, the source is topow pow610-tp, the voltage for the audio board should be -30 volt and + 39volt, but it goes up to 60 and more flying capacitor of 2200ufd x 50v, I have the scheme but I It is difficult to analyze it to know what component (s) regulate these voltages, in this forum several had this problem but I did not find any that has come up with the solution

If I already know where it comes from, but what I want to know is where you measure that 60V voltage. In the source connector, it is not CON3 or 5 disconnected from the amplifier board by means of GND and +40 and -40V to be sure that voltage exists there.

I measure that voltage in con5 on the source plate in -39v I measure -60 and it goes up and in + 39v I measure + 60v with respect to mass black cable with disconnected audio board, it came with a c58 capacitor flown and the 3 integrated TDA8954TH in short c58 It is 2200ufd x 50v, without a doubt the source delivers more voltage and my question is how or what component (s) control or regulate that voltage since I have the scheme and I find it difficult to analyze it.

If the 36K resistor was open, check the status of diodes D9, ZD6, D24 or 27 and ZD1 or 2 according to the board.

Good day. Check the resistance R17 of 36k. It is usually disturbed and causes such failure. That resistance is next to the capacitors that filter the 39volts for the audio board.

Thank you for answering on this board, it is R12 and it is 36k. It was actually open, but when you change it, the problem continues.
