Gemini gpa-3000 sound amplifier, fuse damage

Good afternoon Messrs., I have a Gemini brand GPA-3000 sound amplifier, which damages the power input fuse. Currently I removed the transformer from the card, I started checking each element except a chip and all are within the range, the card internally has two additional fuses and they are damaged. Now, the power supply is a transformer that when connected independently works but the electricity goes down a bit (I have the fuse with a bridge), it transforms two volts of 20 vac. I am grateful for an answer to the case .... If they have a plane

Hi friend Mario, the two fuses blown on the card tell you that there are short transistors, you must measure them and if there are short transistors there are open "damaged" resistors Greetings from Valledupar Colombia.

THE MAIN IS BURNED, THE TWO INTERNES ARE WELL, I BELIEVE THAT IT SHOULD BE THE TRANSFORMER THAT IS RECALLED BECAUSE I DISCONNECT IT FROM THE CARD AND PLACE A BULB IN SERIES, JUST PASS THE SWITCH ON THE AMPLIFIER ON THE BULB.

Hello friend, the series that is using the bulb is lit with maximum brightness or a fairly dim brightness, the bulb is recommended to be 200W.
What voltages does the transformer supply and if it overheats?
You mentioned that the two fuses on the driver board are damaged, if so it is a clear indication that there are damaged transistors that can be the deriver or power transistors.

The fuses inside are fine, only the outside one is damaged and a 100w bulb is placed and the brightness is strong. The voltage delivered is 20v + 20v but I did it because I connected it directly to the electricity is so much so that the electricity of the house became opaque, blo put only for five seconds .. For me that transformer is overheated

Hello Friend. if the main source fuse is short, check the rectifier diodes, and zener if there are any and if there are regulators, check them, they may be short, also capacitors. Cheers

Remove the power from the transformer to the card and perform the test only on the transformer ... Now the client told me that there were two power drops and a rise in his house and from there he started to burn the fuse ...

friend. that's why check what I indicated and also check the transformer although those transformers almost do not get short but check it

Messrs., I tell you the transformer is damaged, it is overheated in the primary barely with 10 sec fed it got hot and began to smell like burnt without connecting the card, that is, in a nutshell the primary is bad since the secondary gives the voltage of 35 vac

The problem is the transformer went straight without a fuse and the cables were removed from the card it started working but after 10 seconds it started to get hot and smell bad .....

Messrs., I thank you for how much the secondary output of the transformer is. In the Gemini GPA3000 sound amplifier
