Hi. The fact sheet I found on the Internet is a bit confusing (they seem to be the displaced texts of their line) but I think I understand that it says "minimum 5V". Test voltages from 5V. You might also need a higher voltage when turning on for the first time. Check the circuit plans that use that STK, the voltages are almost always detailed there.
