To begin, do the following tests: Connect a headset and try to hear if there is white noise or if you feel it is on, if that is the case you can use a signal injector to check the audio line. I suppose that being a headphone jack, it has switches that deactivate the audio, it may be damaged or blocked, try to check if there is garbage in the headphone jack. This equipment has two integrated TAS5631B and those use 2 types of power sources: use 12 volts DC and use 50 Volts DC, so you have to get the diagram of the equipment. To help you, I share the DAS of the IC TAS5631B that indicates the common use, voltage lines and audio outputs. Pay attention to the values in that service sheet, there it says how much to measure and where to measure to know if the IC is working Here you can see the two types of IC, the pins and their description.
