Geovanny I suggest you complete your informacoin telling us that you have reviewed it ....... power supply cable fuse etc..

Check it and fuse is fine and power cable is fine

very well you checked source voltages, voltage on the ignition pin, comment that you have reviewed more it would be good to put photo of the equipment and the source



Most of these devices have an integrated four-pin 78 R 12 regulator on the source card: 1 input pin; pin 2 output, pin 3 ground and pin 4 on or off. Check the 12V output on pin 2, this is the control voltage, on pin 2 they should appear near 2V when it is on. If the 12 V control voltage does not appear, you must remove the regulator from the board and test it. Comment if you solve it.
