friend look at the c725 sometimes they can measure good but upon receiving the volt. they get short would be better than replacing them with new ones to those two capacitors

friend then that r. 727 is 2.2 ohms and r 726 is 10 ohms and if you can get it on tvs plates. lcd or tvs plates. trc. the good thing that gives you the right value and you change the filters mentioned above
