No, it is not normal, it is consuming a lot of current, more than normal. Check the temperature of the power IC. that is cooling well with the heatsink.
The power IC measures 43 C and the main traffic 42 C at volume 14 The rectified and filtered Vccs that go to the IC are 33.5 and -33.8 volts
