When I give Power, just turn on the fan for a moment and nothing else, verify that the 3612 diode (DC / DC converter) is shorted and I will change it to a 1n5822, after having removed the 3612 diode I would shortly follow the welding tracks of the diode 3612 and based on the measurements of IC 2011 (with nomenclature 54240) I discovered that IC2012 (of the same nomenclature as IC2011, 54240) is short. What normal IC can I use instead of the short surface IC 54240?
