Best regards to the entire community. I have a radio CD player SONY model CFD-S01 that does not turn on. I made the measurements in the transformer and the 110V input, but there is no voltage in the secondary. I was reviewing the service manual but I don't see anywhere which is the output voltage of that transformer. I assume that it is 9V, since in the specifications it says that the DC is 9V with 6 batteries size "C": I wanted to know if I am correct, and if so. Could you replace it with a 12V or 15V? I ask the question because I have a friend who can supply me with a transformer with these output voltages. Thanks in advance.
