There is no accuracy but in the university we divided by 8 and it was a fairly realistic approximation to the measurements.
PPMO / 8 RMS approx.
950ppmo = 120 rms approx.

There are no exact calculations in PMPO, since this is a commercial power, and each manufacturer makes its own calculation at its convenience, the same goes for the audio power amplifiers. I have seen 2400 watt pmpo amplifiers and the real power did not reach 24 watts per channel. the same happens with speakers or speakers, do not buy when it comes only indicated the power pmpo and not in rms. greetings

I tell you that connect the speakers to outputs of 550w RMS per channel would be like 225 RMS and almost not heard, then connect them to 500w RMS per channel and they sound very good but when you get to the maximum a slight smell is perceived as burned .
I want to connect a resistor to protect the horn but I don't want its volume to decrease how much the resistance should be?
