I still do not finish, I think I will end up changing all the small filters, so far all I have measured give approximately half of the value, the esr are above 18ohm and the vlost walk above 28%, not counting 3 that were exploited underneath and with the glue did not see, I had never touched a team with so many bad filters, I never really thought the problem was out there, as soon as I changed everything I told you what happened, again thank you very much

Colleague xXBlueDemoX at no time did I mention tensions or resistors; the ESR is the internal resistance of the filters and the vLost is the loss of value in the filter.
