Hello, as SERVIMAT1 says, these sleeves are changed, I get the impression that this heater uses a tomka valve and that valve is what activates the internal micro swicht that it carries, it would be good some photos as suggested ... if you have that valve it is recognizable for being black and is placed horizontally on the side of the gas inlet and has two cables connected, if so to prove that the spark plugs are working do the following: cut off the gas supply of these terminals and the bridges disconnected , look what happens, spark plugs should work, comment to see how it went.
