I have a 20-liter Orbis automatic water heater. The red light was blinking, so I changed the battery. I put a new battery on it and as soon as I put it on it, it gave me a single red light flashing but the green light did not turn on, I tried to open the tap to see if the pilot light was on but it did not. So replace the batteries 3 times with as many new ones but always with the same result, without the green light flashing and without lighting the pilot. Can someone advise me. Thank you

The same problem happened to me. In my case the problem was in the contact click where the diaphragm goes, it was with tartar, after a clean it worked again well.
