Good, recently we have natural gas and from there it is that when I open the shower in the bathroom on the top floor of my house, the heater does not turn on and the same thing happens to me with the water of the kitchen. The water heater is close to the kitchen sink. Before this did not happen when we had bottled gas. A plumber / gasist who came told me that I should change the water heater x a hot water tank, something that seems impossible to me !!! The water heater is new, orbis TB 14lts. The previous one was also orbis 14lts but TN that made me change xq did not give me the dimensions x to the output. They also told me that there is a device that is placed under the heater x to give strength to the ignition. Is that what I need? Thank you
