Hello everyone from Chile, my problem .... Neckar WN10GL heater, turn on, turn on the burner but turn off after 2 seconds. After 5 attempts it turns on well, and there is no problem.
Change gas regulator to discard. I kept the same, new battery .... the spark is correct and lights the pilot .... I have not checked the diaphragm, but when I turn it on with the water I take it for granted, the water filter is clean. The water flow is good and the pressure too.
Once the heater turns on, turning it off and on again is no problem, turn everything on. But after cooling down after a few minutes the fault continues.
I suspect you have to see the temperature sensor that is in the pilot .... apparently it is a thermocouple, but I'm not sure ... will there be a way to test this sensor ?. without having to change it?
Greetings from Biobio, Chile
