Hello everyone. I tell you, I have an ionized Splendid calefont a few years ago, I do not remember if it is 10 or 11 liters, it is a liquefied gas (gas balloon) has a knob, to regulate the gas flame. well the point is, that when giving the hot water, it gives spark but it does not ignite the flame. (gas outlet is not activated, does not click) I have to cut this, and give the water several times, until it finally turns on. Change the Tonka valve, all super. I felt the king because it worked well, but as the day went by, he began to sparkle again, but not turn on. I've been with the new valve for 4 days. And I continue with the same problem, sparked. But it doesn't turn on. I jumped the cables, thinking that the microsuitch, which brings the tonka key could have failed. But I remain the same. it's hard to turn on. I already checked the temperature sensors and the monoxide sensor, all right. The water pressure is excellent. Thanks in advance.

You need to check if you have output of the module to the gas opening solenoid, you will have to use a Multimeter to check that the voltage (3VDC) arrives for the actuation of the valve, otherwise your module is damaged, another detail would be that the solenoid is getting stuck, you have to disassemble and check that the plunger moves correctly. background is the solenoid

Hi Jacobo Mauricio,
Thank you for your time, can you help me know what the solenoid is? I am self-taught, I mean that I am not professional in this, what I have learned what I have done by watching and reading, I just like to repair my household items, thanks in advance.

Hi Jacobo Mauricio, I tell you that I did what you told me yesterday, I opened the solenoid valve and everything looked normal, beyond having some tartar, but minimal. And the problem persisted, today I sanded the contacts that emit sparks a little, thinking that perhaps it was the solution and the problem still persisted. end point almost when I give up, I went and bought 2 new duracell batteries. And matter solved, effectively to the solenoid or solenoid valve, the necessary energy did not arrive. Now everything is going well. I want to thank you for your time and advise me, I learned a lot in the process. THANK YOU.....
