Manufactured by RHEEM SA The loss was started by the purge valve, I didn't hear any strange noise, I just found myself flooded and seeing that I lost a lot of water. I tried to close it by turning the valve and I did not manage to cover the valve and water began to flow out of a hole that is under the water heater, therefore I uncovered it and stopped running out of the water through the hole and continued to flow out the valve. At this moment I keep the water stopcock closed to the hot water tank and stop going out but I guess because the hot water tank emptied. Can anyone help meeeeee to know what the problem is and if I can fix it myself? Thank you so much
